The bathroom and WC are adjoining. It is possible to light a fire in the fireplace.

The Chancellor bedroom is located on the first floor of the central body of the château de la Rivière with a double exposure on the park and on the courtyards. The shower room / WC is not adjoining but on the same landing and for the sole use of that bedroom. It is possible to light a fire in the fireplace.

The Marquis' bedroom is located on the first floor of the central body of the Château de La Rivière with a double exposure to the park and the courtyards. The room is decorated "17th century". The bedding is particularly comfortable (cotton satin sheets, feather pillows and duvet). The calm is absolute. The bathroom and toilet are adjoining.

Isolée au milieu de la nature dans le parc du domaine de la Rivière, la maison de Boizard sans voisins est idéale pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille. Toute équipée pour faire la fête à 15 personnes, dance floor, hifi, lasers, stroboscope pour en profiter toute la nuit!
Grand jardin arboré comprenant: barbecue, brasero, Volley, Badminton , ping pong, pétanque, hamac, 2 barques et donnant accès à un parc privé de 140 ha.
Facile d'accès en train 15 min à pied.

Le logement
La maison est très conviviale, fonctionnelle, parfaitement équipée et pensée pour recevoir 20 personnes pour faire la fête.
Les chambres sont équipées d'une literie neuve et de qualité comprenant les draps et les serviettes. Les rideaux sont occultants et le calme est absolu (3 chambres à l'étage, une chambre au rdc et 2 salles de bains) Si besoin la maison est très bien chauffée.
Récemment rénovée, la "Maison de Boizard" est accueillante et parfaite pour réaliser de merveilleux souvenirs entre amis ou en famille.

Accès des voyageurs
L'ensemble du jardin et de la maison vous sont exclusif. Le parc de 140 ha du Domaine de la Rivière vous est ouvert de 9h à 19h

Autres remarques
La maison se situe à 115km de Paris, 25 km de Chartre et accessible en train à la gare de Pontgouin (15 minutes à pieds) ou Courville-sur-Eure 10 minutes en voiture.
Une supérette est ouverte dans le village de Pontgouin (20mn à pied) 8h à 13h - 16h à 21h.
Tout autres commerces à 10 minutes en voiture à Courville-sur-Eure (10km) ou La Loupe (10 km)
Le ménage est compris, mais il est apprécié que le logement soit respecté.
